Oh, yes he can! U.S. AG Sessions can! Especially when those cities are breaking immigration laws. Immigration and sanctuary is a government issue - not states or cities. Federal laws on immigration must be obeyed and follow through for every state. That judge seems like he wants to be bench from his chair and his license removed. That's okay. One less corrupted judge to deal with. We, The American People, also can petition the White House to take this to the supreme court. Our money is being spent on everything from benefits to legal attorneys for them. It's in the billions of dollars. Since we been hit with hurricanes, had a poor economy with many people unemployed, unsupported, and outsourced, and have a huge debt we are still trying to decrease, we do not need to be spending any of hard earn money for sanctuary cities especially for groups of people who are unappreciative, ungrateful, not law-abiding citizens including federal laws, violates human and children rights, impose irrational radical extreme practices and ideas and tries to dominate this country. No American People want to support especially financially support any group of people who would cause harm to, deplete, and deprive this country, its people, its US Constitution, its resources, its economy, its revenue, its growth and productivity, its education, its values, and its belief.
